“Hey [Name] — what’s up?”
Beat. Let them answer.
“This is [Caller] from Brave Life. Troy and Sarah Bravenboer asked me to reach out, give you a quick 30-second update on the ministry, and then pray for you and your family. Got a quick minute?”
“Real fast — are you pretty familiar with Troy and Sarah and the ministry?”
Slow down Specificity sells faith — military injury, years of pain, healed and 14 missionaries, 1,000 souls. The partnership line is a seed, not the ask — mention it once and move on. The full ask is Step 8.
“Troy really wanted me to call and see if there’s anything we can agree with you on in prayer.”
“We’ve been praying with people for everything from provision to healing for their kids. What could we agree on for you today?”
Listen Don’t interrupt. Take notes. Match what they share to one of the nine topics — you’ll pick it in Step 6.
Short. Faith-filled. One or two scriptures, not six.
“[Name], I’m really glad we got to pray together. I’m excited for your testimony. Real quick before I let you go —”
“As we wrap up — Troy and Sarah are believing God for new partners this season for a specific assignment: a crusade in Pharr, Texas this Fall, and the crusades that follow. They’re believing for 100 partners at $100 to come alongside that work. The Lord is always faithful and always provides, and we’re glad to share this opportunity to harvest together. Some people give more than 100, some less, some one-time, some partner monthly. Would you like to partner or sow into the Pharr crusade?”
“Thanks so much for taking the call, [Name]. We’re believing God with you for [Request]. Have a blessed day.”
